In my opinion, I guess Sebastian didn’t take Ciel’s soul your end, though he a new contact consume Ciel’s soul when Ciel died. Sebastian has really served Ciel as the master or child. So, I guess there are many special relationship between them which beyond master and butler. In fact, Sebastian has made a decision
